1. After setting the engraving position, set all X, Y, and Z axis workpiece coordinates to "0".

2. Adjust the engraving speed and spindle motor speed to prevent the tool from breaking due to too fast speed or too slow speed during engraving.

3. When using automatic tool setting, pay attention to the insulation between the tool setting block and the aluminum table of the engraving machine.

4. When starting engraving, you can simulate engraving in the idle process to see if the processing is normal.

5. If the machine is not used for a long time, it needs to be lubricated regularly and idling every week to ensure the flexibility of the transmission system.

6. The continuous running time of the woodworking engraving machine is required to be less than 10 hours/day;

7. Ensure the cleanliness of the cooling water and the normal operation of the water pump. Change the cooling water regularly to prevent the water temperature from being too high. You can replace it with a large-capacity water tank.

8. After each use, pay attention to cleaning and clean the dust on the platform and transmission system; regularly lubricate the X, Y, and Z axes of the transmission system.

9. Operators should wear dust masks and protective glasses when operating woodworking engraving machines to prevent dust generated during processing from invading the human body and causing discomfort.
