How to solve common faults of panel furniture production line

The custom furniture production line is used to produce furniture, but there will be many problems in the long-term operation. When the equipment has problems, how should we solve it? Today, we will introduce the solutions to common faults of cutting machines in detail.

1. Alarm Common fault axis soft alarm, indicating that the equipment has reached the limit in the whole process of operation, first check the following areas:

(1) Whether the graphic specifications of the designed scheme exceed the scope of production and processing.

(2) Check whether the connection line between the motor shaft of the equipment and the ball screw electrode is loose.

(3) Whether the equipment and electronic computer are properly grounded.

(4) Does the current coordinate value exceed the scale of the software limit switch?

2. Non-alarm common faults

(1) When the program runs and the equipment does not move, check whether the connection between the computer led software and the household electrical appliance box is loose.

(2) If the equipment cannot find the data signal when returning to the starting point of the mechanical equipment, check whether the electrode connecting line at the starting point of the mechanical equipment is loose.

3. Output common faults

(1) No output, please check whether the electronic computer and the control cabinet are connected well.

(2) Check whether the indoor space is full in the settings of the network adapter, and delete the unnecessary files in the management tool.

(3) Check whether the data signal electrode connecting line is loose, and carefully check whether each line is connected.

4. Common faults in manual engraving
