A.Install a power filter to reduce the pollution to the AC power supply.

B. "One point ground" principle. Connect the ground of the power filter, the ground(the driver is insulated from the woodworking engraving machine board at the bottom of the chassis), the control pulse PULSE- and the direction pulse DIR-the lead wire after short-circuiting the woodworking engraving machine, the motor ground wire, the driver and the motor The cable protective sleeve and the shielded wire of the driver are all connected to the grounding column on the chassis wall, and good contact is required.

C. Try to increase the distance between the control wire and the power wire (L, N) and the motor drive wire (U, V, W of the woodworking engraving machine) to avoid crossing. For example, when we are dealing with the installation positions of two drives in the same chassis in a dual-axis drive system, one drive nameplate is facing forward, the other is facing back, and these leads are as short as possible in the structural arrangement.
