1. The guide rail and main shaft must be cleaned once every 4 hours of operation of the equipment (cleaning with an air gun), and oiled twice per shift.

2. When lifting the spindle, be sure to loosen the locking screw on the left side of the counter, and then tighten the locking screw after adjustment to prevent the handwheel from being damaged.

3. Three-phase five-wire equipment power supply, PE ground wire (must be reliably grounded), voltage stabilizer must be installed if the voltage is unstable.

4. The laser probe is a precision component. Under normal circumstances, try not to move the (+,-) two keys. If you encounter problems such as inaccurate drilling, please do not disassemble it privately. You should contact the after-sales personnel of the manufacturer in time.

5. The motor protective cover behind the spindle box should be removed in time before use. When the equipment is running, no sundries or people should be placed around it to prevent damage to the motor or injury to people.

6. When drilling holes in hard wood or solid wood boards, the automatic drilling speed should be appropriately reduced.
