How to solve the interference problem of the stepping motor driver of the engraving machine

The stepping motor and the driver of the woodworking engraving machine generally use aluminum, titanium, and magnesium alloy casings to obtain the corresponding magnetic shielding effect. Therefore, it will cause interference to the highly sensitive receiver system, affect the power supply, or cause the single-chip microcomputer of the control system and the host computer to be unable to connect, or even cause the single-chip microcomputer to crash, causing a lot of trouble for normal use, and it needs to be solved in time.

1. Install a power filter to reduce the pollution to the AC power supply.

2. Connect the ground of the power filter, the drive PE (the drive is insulated from the chassis bottom plate), the lead wire after the control pulse and the direction pulse are short-circuited, the motor ground wire, the cable protective sleeve between the driver and the motor, and the driver shield wire. On the grounding post on the chassis wall and require good contact.

3. Try to increase the distance between the control line and the power line (L, N) and the motor drive line (U, V, W) to avoid crossing. For example, we are dealing with two axes in the same chassis in the dual-axis drive system. When the driver is installed, one driver nameplate is facing forward and the other is facing rearward, and these leads are as short as possible in the structural arrangement.

4. Use shielded wires to reduce the interference of the outside world to yourself, or the interference of the power cord to the outside world.
