Daily maintenance of the machine can prolong the service life of the machine. Let's learn how to maintain the wood engraving machine together.

1. The control box should be placed in a well-ventilated place and cannot be placed in a high-temperature zone. The machine should be placed in a dry and well-ventilated place (to prevent exposure to the sun).

2. The continuous running time is less than 10 hours per day to ensure the cleanness of the cooling water and the normal operation of the water pump. Do not cause water shortage in the water spindle motor. Regularly replace the cooling water to prevent the water temperature from being too high. If the working environment temperature is too low in winter, the water in the water tank can be replaced with antifreeze.

3. Maintain a good lubrication state, regularly check and clean the lead screw, add or replace grease and oil, so that the lead screw, nut and other moving parts are always in a good lubrication state to reduce the wear rate of the machine.

4. Do not let the machine work on the same corner of the engraving machine table for a long time (in case the screw rod and guide rail are not in contact with the beam for a long time and cannot be properly lubricated).

5. Do not place debris (magnetic materials, overweight items, liquids) on the engraving machine table or machine head.
