Panel Saw Maintenance Guide

1. Lubrication and refueling of the lifting guide rail of the main saw: After cleaning after the machine stops running, please make sure to pull it before and after each use.

2. Clean the main saw: After turning off the power of the panel saw and stopping the main saw, clean the sawing path.

3. Clean and lubricate the rails:

(1) After turning off the power, make sure to clean the main saw of the panel saw and wipe the lubricating oil with an oil cloth;

(2) Before starting the machine every day, please wipe the guide rail with lubricating oil.

4. Lubrication of the operating table: After turning off the power, be sure to clean the power supply and wipe and lubricate it with an oil cloth.

5. Clean the suction channel: After turning off the power of the panel saw and stopping the main saw, please make sure to use compressed air for cleaning.

6. According to the workload, the dust removal operation should be carried out on the inside of the machine regularly to ensure the normal heat dissipation of the motor.

7. Regularly inject oil to the lubricated parts of the fuselage to ensure the stable and quiet operation of the equipment

Doing a good job of cleaning the panel saw can effectively improve the service life of the panel saw.
