Measure size: measure and calculate the size of cabinets, wardrobes and other furniture needed by customers for home improvement.

Design cabinet style: Through customized furniture design software, we can design the cabinet style required by customers online, and show it to customers in an intuitive three-dimensional view. Can also provide decoration renderings. (The design software can carry out one-click order splitting to optimize the layout and the utilization rate of the plate can reach more than 90%).

Vertical hole-slotting-cutting:Use the CNC blanking machine to drill various vertical holes, draw grooves, and cut the entire standard board to process various small boards required by the cabinet.

Edge banding: Use a fully automatic edge banding machine for edge banding, so that the overall cabinet wardrobe achieves a higher aesthetic effect.

Drilling horizontal holes: use CNC side hole machines, or double-column row drills, single-arm row drills, three-row drills and other drilling equipment to process the side holes.

Equipped with hardware packaging: equipped with hardware to assemble the cabinet. Or directly match the hardware to pack the cabinet and send it to the customer's home for on-site installation.
