Precautions for starting the foam engraving machine

If it is not applicable for a long time, please pay attention to the following items when starting up.

Before Booting

1. Use a vacuum cleaner to clean up the dust in the distribution box (use a household vacuum cleaner. Remember not to blow it directly with an air gun, as the dust raised in this way may cause poor contact of electronic components)

2. Check the liquid level and quality of the oil tank. For those that have been cleaned, just add to the normal liquid level.

3. For parts that have undergone anti-rust treatment such as the main shaft, table (turntable), metal protective cover, contact tool setting instrument, fixture, screw guide rail, etc., the anti-rust oil needs to be cleaned.

Power on and Ventilate

1. Check the quality of the air source, especially pay attention to whether it contains liquid water. Connect the air source, check whether the air pressure is normal, and whether there is any air leakage in the pipeline.

2. Customers with laser shadow engraving systems should pay attention to check whether the laser tube lens, laser head, and laser tube are broken, and clean up the dust on them.

3. Check whether the power supply of the machine tool, the state of the circuit breaker, and the state of the emergency stop switch are normal. After checking, turn on the power.
