The cooling method of the main shaft of the woodworking engraving machine

What they have in common: From the perspective of internal structure, the two are unified. In terms of motor control methods, almost all water-cooled ones are controlled by frequency conversion, while air-cooled spindles are not, which can be controlled by frequency conversion and non-frequency control.

The difference between water-cooled spindle and air-cooled spindle:

1. The water-cooled spindle uses water circulation to cool the spindle, and the heat generated by the spindle will not exceed 40 degrees after the water circulates, while the air-cooled spindle uses air circulation to dissipate heat.

2. Noise: The water-cooled spindle is relatively quiet, and the air-cooled spindle is relatively noisy.

3. Due to the different engraving processes of the engraving machine, the selection of the spindle will also be different. The water-cooled spindle is suitable for crafts with long engraving time and fine workmanship, such as embossing; while the air-cooled spindle is suitable for crafts with short working time, such as making doors and furniture.

4. The water-cooled spindle should pay attention to maintenance and change the water frequently, otherwise there will be scale phenomenon, which will affect the use of the machine; while the air-cooled spindle will be easier to use and more popular with customers.
