I have mentioned the problem of the adsorption force of the cutting machine before. In fact, the adsorption force has a lot to do with the water-cooled vacuum pump. Many cutting machine manufacturers will be equipped with vacuum pumps according to customer needs, but the precautions have not been told to customers, which will lead to later customers in the process of use creates a lot of problems.

The water-cooled vacuum pumps currently on the market are generally 4.0kw, 5.5kw, 7.5kw, etc. The strength of vacuum adsorption varies with different powers.

1. Every time you turn on the vacuum pump, make sure that there is working fluid in the vacuum pump, and the working fluid level must be above the motor shaft!

2. The water circulation vacuum pump should be equipped with a vacuum cover to prevent impurities from entering the pump.

3. Equipped with a check valve to prevent water from flowing back into the equipment when the motor is stopped.

4. Fill the water tank with water until the upper water outlet flows, and fill the water regularly every day to ensure that the work in the water tank is sufficient.

5. Before starting the machine, make sure that the valve is fully opened and the water has been injected into the pump before starting the vacuum pump.

6. The exhaust hole should not be blocked. The air should be inhaled through the exhaust port to generate vacuum pressure. Do not connect the pipeline with a length of more than 2m and a diameter of less than 5cm, otherwise the overload will easily damage the motor.

7. The suction port and the suction port of the feeding machine should be strictly sealed to prevent air leakage.

8.Start the toggle motor fan for the first time to prevent sticking (this step is not necessary, because the factory will check this point, generally it is not a big problem)

9. Install the motor overload protector to prevent the motor from being burned out due to overload.

10. Open the fill valve in the pump and wait a few minutes to ensure that the work is also flowing into the pump.

11. Start the motor, the vacuum pump starts to work, and test the adsorption strength.

12. After the equipment runs for about 10 days, empty the water in the vacuum pump and replace it with clean water to prevent impurities from flowing into the pump, the adsorption force will decrease, and the water tank can be prevented from rusting.

13. Please clean the water tank, the water inlet pipe and change the water within 150 days of using the vacuum pump; please close the water inlet valve of the water tank and empty the water in the water inlet pipe if it is not used for a short time. If you do not use it for a long time, please completely prevent and control the water in the water pipe and the pump head to prevent rust and affect the operation.

In addition, the water-cooled vacuum pump is not directly installed on the cutting machine.

Reminder: The cold winter is really cold. 1 Add antifreeze or ethanol to the water tank to prevent the water from freezing.

(1) Add 30% ethylene glycol to the water tank. Under normal circumstances, adding about 20% alcohol can reduce the freezing point to -10, adding 40% alcohol can reduce the freezing point to -20, remember not to exceed 40% alcohol concentration, after more than 40%, water It evaporates easily and burns easily;

(2) Add 50% antifreeze to the water tank;

(3) Add 25% calcium chloride aqueous solution to the water tank.

2. When the equipment is in use, carefully observe whether the water outlet and return pipes are frozen. If there is ice or near ice, warm water (<50) should be added to the water tank to melt.

3. When the vacuum pump is not in use for a long time, the water in the water tank and the water in the filter cup should be drained through the drain valve. At the same time, the drain nut under the pump should be unscrewed to drain the remaining water in the pump; to prevent the ambient temperature Too low causes the water system to freeze.
