Installation instructions for woodworking engraving machine and accessories:

(1) The installation process of the engraving machine:

1.1 Place the engraving machine on a flat surface, and adjust and level the four corners of the engraving body. It is recommended to use a spirit level to adjust the table to the level.

1.2 Fix the vacuum tube brackets on the sides of the Z-axis machine head and the bed bracket respectively. There are screws on the fixing parts, and the brackets are installed on it after removing them.

1.3 Fill the water tank with water. The spindle cutting motor is cooled by water, so we fix a water tank on the chassis and add water from the water inlet.

1.4 Connect a total of four power lines at the rear of the left chassis of the engraving machine to the three-phase power supply, among which the black line needs to be connected to the neutral line. Take out the control handle and the connecting wire from the accessory box and connect it to the chassis, press the main switch, the handle display will light up, indicating whether to return to the origin, press the OK key to return to the origin, the machine starts to move, the Z axis rises to the top, and the X axis returns to the top. The left Y-axis returns to the front of the fuselage. Check whether the water pump works normally, method: pull out the water outlet to see if there is water flowing out. After the pump has been working for a long time, if there is no water flowing out of the outlet pipe, the pump will reverse, and the two lines input to the pump can be adjusted arbitrarily and exchanged to make the pump run forward.

1.5 The dust cover with brush is inserted from the bottom of the spindle cutting motor. The brush should be lower than the position of a knife at the spindle clamp. Of course, this position is adjustable, mainly for good dust collection effect. .

1.6 Install the vacuum tube. There are three vacuum tubes, two are equally long and thin, and one is thick and long. The other end of the length needs to be connected to the vacuum cleaner. There are three suction ports of the vacuum cleaner, one of which is equipped with a sealing cover, and the other two are connected to the connector. If you only need one, you can seal the other port with tape.

(2) Installation of vacuum pump

2.1 Install the vacuum pump on a flat surface and fix it with bolts through the bolt holes on the bottom corner, no special foundation or chassis is required

2.2 Wind the pipe joint of the filter a few times with sealing tape, and screw it on the motor body. Be sure to ensure the tightness of the connection between the two.

2.3Inject water from the water inlet until water flows out of the water outlet. After a period of use, the water volume will decrease and the water temperature will increase, so the operator needs to pay attention: always add water until the water outlet overflows and the water temperature does not exceed 80 degrees Celsius. It is recommended to connect the water pipe to the water outlet, and the water outlet to discharge water or these two ports can circulate to ensure sufficient water. Note: Do not run the vacuum pump dry. The direction of gas in and out and the direction of rotation of the pump circumference have been marked on the vacuum pump with arrows.

(3) Installation of vacuum cleaner for woodworking engraving machine

3.1 Please install according to the diagram outside the box.

3.2 Connect to three-phase electricity. After starting, the vacuum bag must be opened, otherwise the motor will reverse. It can be solved by arbitrarily switching two of them.

3.3 Test run:

After the three equipments are ready, take out the adsorption tube of the engraving machine from the back of the bracket and insert it into the suction port of the vacuum pump, and tighten it with a check. The suction pipe is connected to the pipe joint of the vacuum cleaner. Turn on the machine switch, all equipment is on, after the six adsorption zone switches on the front side of the machine are turned on, the material on the surface cannot be dragged, and it is firmly sucked on the table; open the vacuum hood, reach into the hand and feel that the two pipes have Suction; the handle resets the machine and then moves back and forth, up and down, left and right. This proves that the machine can function normally.
