How to solve the dislocation problem of CNC machine

The engraving machine has various dislocation problems during the engraving process, such as left and right dislocation, up and down dislocation, x-axis dislocation, z-axis dislocation, etc. What is the reason for the dislocation appearance of the engraving machine?

1. Check whether the way of carving the software is correct or not.

2. Check the gap size of the screw rod and whether the fastening screws of the polished rod are loose.

3. Check whether the settings of the software parameters are correct or not.

4. Check whether the ground wire is connected well.

5. If the computer has viruses or is incompatible with others, it is usually enough to simply assemble the case.

6. Whether the coupling above the front of the water-cooled spindle motor is loose or damaged.

7. Whether the wire connecting the towline between the beam of the engraving machine and the control box is in poor contact.

8. The layout of the driver itself or the original electronic equipment will also cause misalignment. Repair the driver or replace the driver.

9. The power required by the engraving machine during operation is large. If the voltage is too low, the power supply to the driver will be insufficient, and the power will not reach the level, which will cause the appearance of dislocation. Install a 5000-watt regulated power supply, but the error scale of this regulated power supply cannot exceed 5%, preferably within 3%.

10. The interface board, main board, and adapter board are broken. During the operation of the engraving machine, three axes may not move in a certain direction, resulting in dislocation of engraving.
