Because the engraving machine should always clean up impurities and lubricate with oil during normal use, otherwise the engraving machine will have a lot of dust and impurities inside the screw, guide rail, slider and bearing under long-term operation, causing the screw, slider and bearing to rotate. If the resistance is large, the engraving speed will be slightly faster, and there will be a phenomenon of lost steps and dislocation.

Maintenance method:

2.1 Select lubricants: the mixture of oil and butter should not be too thick.

2.2 Lubrication part: X-Y-Z three-axis track slider gear rack and pinion bearing.

2.3 Lubrication steps: Before lubricating, remove the impurities in the rack, pinion, lead screw, guide rail, nut and bearing slider. If it cannot be removed, use gasoline to clean it, then inject lubricating oil and then gradually increase the speed Carry out idling, that is, without placing the plate, three-axis running-in

2.4 The lubrication cycle depends on the working environment and the working time of the machine. Generally, the slag is cleaned up after get off work every day. Refuel each part of the machine every month, and lubricate at high speed.

2.5 Lubrication method:Use a grease gun to inject lubricating oil into the slider. For other parts, drip oil with an oiler or wipe the oil with a cloth.

3.Vacuum pump maintenance and maintenance

3.1 In order to avoid impeller, pump body wear or impeller jamming, dust particles entering the cavity with gas and working liquid should be washed away through the flushing port at the bottom of the pump cover.

3.2 If hard water is used as the working fluid, the hard water must be softened, or the vacuum pump should be flushed with solvent regularly.

3.3 Lubrication, under normal working conditions, when using a 50Hz motor: after 20,000 hours or three years of operation, the waste grease and its swag in the bearing and accessory space should be removed and filled with new grease. The injected grease should account for fifty percent of the bearing free space and sixty-five percent of the bearing cap space. If the working conditions are very bad, the replacement cycle of the grease will be shortened accordingly.

3.4 When the exhaust is emptied, open the water outlet of the water tank to allow the liquid to flow out. And turn the vacuum pump by turning the fan by hand until no liquid comes out.

Tilt the pump 45 degrees to basically empty the vacuum pump. This way the pump will not be damaged even if the vacuum pump is out of service for a long time or in cold climates.

3.5 Treatment method for long-term pump stop

If the vacuum pump stops running for about 4 weeks, the anti-corrosion treatment should be carried out after completely emptying the pump according to item 3, that is, pour 12 liters of anti-corrosion oil into the vacuum pump from the suction port or exhaust port, and then run it for a short time.

If the impeller is stuck after the pump is stopped for a long time due to the use of hard water, the pump cavity should be filled with 10% oxalic acid for about 30 minutes.
