Fault 1: Cutting speed problem

Note: If the cutting material is harder, the cutting speed should be slowed down, while if the cutting material is softer, the cutting speed can be accelerated.

For different types of saw blades, the choice of cutting speed is also different.

Fault 2: Causes of broken saw blades

(1) The weight is too heavy.

(2) The tensioning device is designed to protect the saw blade. If the device fails, the saw blade will lose protection and crack or break.

(3) The saw wheel is eccentric, out of round or poorly balanced, which will cause the saw blade to vibrate, impact the saw blade and cause the saw blade to break.

(4) The quality of the blade will be very poor.

(5) The welding process of the saw blade is unqualified and it is easy to break at the joint.

Fault 3: Both sides of the saw blade are burnt

It may be due to insufficient free sawing adjustment, workpiece jamming or operation error. It is necessary to adjust the free sawing, replace a thicker dividing knife or update the saw blade.

Fault 4: The width of the workpiece after sawing does not match the width adjusted on the parallel baffle

It may be because the scale of the sawing width has shifted and the scale needs to be readjusted.
