The Superstar CX-B1 (manufactured by Jinan Jinshengxing Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd.) is engineered for efficiency. In panel furniture production, a single cabinet door often requires 3-4 different tools (e.g., a profiling bit, a clearing bit, a V-bit, and a cutout bit).
Standard single-head routers require the operator to stop the machine and manually wrench-change tools 3 times per sheet. The CX-B1 solves this by carrying all 4 tools simultaneously. The machine automatically drops the correct spindle into the working position as commanded by the software, virtually eliminating downtime and operator error.
Instant Pneumatic Switching: Switching between tools takes less than 2 seconds, significantly faster than a carousel ATC (8-12 seconds) and much faster than manual changes.
Cost-Effective Automation: You get the benefit of automatic tool changing without the high cost of a servo-driven tool magazine or an expensive ISO30 spindle.
Heavy-Duty Gantry: The gantry is reinforced with 8mm thick steel and tempered to prevent deformation. It carries the weight of 4 spindles without vibration, ensuring smooth edge finishes.
Intelligent Control: Powered by the LNC or Shanlong Control System, which supports "breakpoint memory." If power fails, you can resume the job exactly where it stopped without ruining the expensive plywood sheet.

Pneumatic Cylinder Assembly:
We use high-quality industrial pneumatic cylinders (AirTAC brand) to raise and lower the spindles. These are tested for millions of cycles to ensure they don't leak air or lose pressure, which would cause the spindle to "creep" down and damage the workpiece.
Mixed Power Spindles:
A common configuration is two 6.0KW spindles for heavy cutting/cutouts and two 4.5KW spindles for drilling or engraving. This optimizes energy usage and ensures you have raw power where you need it.
Pop-Up Positioning Pins:
The vacuum table includes pneumatic pop-up pins (stops). The operator simply slides the sheet against the pins to ensure it's perfectly square (X0, Y0) every time, speeding up loading.
Cabinet Making: Ideal for the "Nesting" process—drilling shelf holes, cutting dado grooves, and cutting out cabinet box parts from a full 4x8 sheet.
Solid Wood Doors: Routing complex raised panel designs that require multiple profile bits.

Q: Can I use all 4 spindles at the same time?
A: No. Only one spindle works at a time. When Spindle 1 finishes its task, it retracts, and Spindle 2 drops down to begin its task. This prevents collision.
Q: What software is compatible?
A: The CX-B1 works with any CAM software that supports tool changing, such as Cabinet Vision, Enroute, ArtCAM, and Aspire. We provide the specific "Post Processor" for the machine.
Q: Do I need a vacuum pump?
A: Yes, for nesting full sheets, a vacuum table is essential to hold the material flat. We include a powerful 7.5KW water-ring or air-ring vacuum pump standard.
Q: What is the spacing between spindles?
A: The spindles are mounted close together to maximize the working area. The software automatically offsets the coordinates so that Spindle 2 goes to the exact same spot as Spindle 1.
