The Superstar CX-B2 Automatic ATC Router (manufactured by Jinan Jinshengxing Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd.) is the workhorse of modern "whole house" custom furniture manufacturing. High-Adhesion Vacuum Table: Equipped with a powerful vacuum pump, the multi-zone table provides extreme suction power, capable of holding down full-sized MDF sheets or aggressively gripping small, irregularly shaped offcuts without the need for mechanical clamps.

A: Yaskawa servo motors form a "closed-loop" system. They constantly report their exact position back to the Syntec controller. If a heavy cut slows the gantry down, the motor instantly compensates, guaranteeing you never "lose steps" or ruin a piece of material, which can happen with cheaper stepper motors.
