Wood Edge Banding Machine Safety Operating Procedures

1. Before operating, staff must be familiar with the model of the edge banding machine, its performance, usage and operating precautions. Unfamiliar people are strictly prohibited from operating the machine without permission.

2. Before opening the edge banding machine, first check whether the safety cover is secure and whether there are tools or foreign objects placed in each component.

3. When using edge banding machine tools, do not use deformed or cracked tools.

Before operation, first check whether the surface is clean, whether the tooth saw is movable and whether it is fully locked. Be sure to control the speed of the edge banding machine tool when it is running and do not exceed the maximum speed.

4. Operators must wear factory work clothes when operating and are not allowed to wear gloves to operate the machine. Non-operators are not allowed to approach the working machine. In order to prevent injuries to operating workers,

Women are strictly forbidden to wear skirts and slippers to work, and long hair, necklaces, etc. are not allowed.

5. If the edge banding machine is found to be stuck during use of the machine, you must wait for the machine to stop running before starting inspection and maintenance.
