How to correctly install the control card of the stone engraving machine

For machines installed with stone engraving machine control software, the control card of the stone engraving machine needs to be reinstalled after the system is installed.

Step 1: Install NCStudio software. Insert the NCStudio system installation CD into the CD-ROM drive. Double-click "My Computer", open and then double-click the CD-ROM drive letter. After the CD is opened, double-click to run the SETUP.EXE installation program. Click "Next" and the system prompts you to select the installation destination. Click "Next" and the system prompts you to select a program folder. Click "Next", the system prompts to start copying files. Click Next and the system will automatically complete the file copying process. And prompt to shut down the computer immediately, please select shut down the computer now. After the computer is turned off, start installing the motion control card.

Step 2: Install the NCStudio motion control card. Turn off the power of the host computer, open the case cover of the computer, and insert the motion control card into the expansion slot matching the socket pattern. When installing the motion control card, lightly press both sides of the motion control card with your hands to ensure that the motion control card is firmly inserted into the slot, has good and reliable contact with the computer bottom plate, and does not vibrate, then tighten the fastening screws of the board, and finally Close the chassis cover. This completes the installation of the motion control card.

Step 3: Restart your computer. After installing the motion control card, please restart the computer. After you restart your computer, the Windows operating system reports that new hardware has been found, automatically configures the system, and the process ends shortly after. At this time, the installation of the entire NCStudio software and motion control card is completed. There are shortcuts to start the NCStudio software on the desktop and in the Start--Programs menu. At this point, the NCStudio software can be started through the corresponding shortcut.

After the installation is completed, we only need to modify the factory parameters according to the model of the stone engraving machine, and then the stone cnc engraving machine can be used normally.
