The advanced finishing device removes excess edge banding material with micrometer precision, while the final buffing wheels restore the color of the PVC and remove residual glue, ensuring the workpiece is immediately ready for assembly or packaging.

Detailed Configuration & Component Analysis
Following the glue application, the edge tape is pressed against the board by a series of pneumatic rollers (one large main roller and several smaller supplementary rollers). This squeezes out air bubbles and ensures a tight fit, even on thicker 3mm tapes.
After the fine trimming unit creates the radius (curve) on the edge of the tape, the scraping unit uses a super-hard alloy R-knife to scrape away fine machining lines. This makes the edge perfectly round and smooth to the touch.
The final station features dual independent cloth polishing wheels. They rapidly polish the top and bottom edges of the panel, removing any squeezed-out glue and restoring the factory sheen to the PVC tape.

Q: Can it use PUR glue?
A: The standard glue pot is designed for EVA hot melt glue. If you require water-resistant and heat-resistant PUR gluing (popular for high-end kitchen and bathroom furniture), please let us know so we can upgrade the machine with a PUR glue system.
Q: What is the maintenance required?
