The phenomenon of CNC engraving machine sticking can be regarded as a relatively common fault. The main reason is that the operation is not standardized when using the CNC engraving machine for production.

These irregular operations can be summarized as follows:

1. Forget to modify F8 when the engraving machine changes the tool;

2. Forget to set F9 when processing a new workpiece;

3. The key is wrong, for example, pressing ALT+U to ALT+D by mistake, this situation will cause the knife to be stabbed;

4. When the engraving machine is set, the value of the Z direction of the tool position is set too large. When the extension length of the tool is long, when the engraving machine performs the tool setting operation, the tool is directly stuck on the tool setting instrument;

5. After the engraving machine performs the knife setting, the starting point is not corrected or the wrong point is defined as the starting point, resulting in the knife being stuck.
