The Superstar CX-1390 (manufactured by Jinan Jinshengxing Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd.) is the workhorse of the advertising, crafts, and textile industries. While fiber lasers are used for metal, this CO2 laser system is the definitive tool for non-metals.
Designed for both rapid prototyping and full-scale production, the machine seamlessly transitions between high-speed surface engraving (up to 60,000mm/min) and deep vector cutting (up to 10,000mm/min). With its specialized CO2 cutting head, it produces perfectly polished edges on acrylic, eliminating the need for post-cut flame polishing, and cuts textiles without fraying.
Premium Laser Source: Utilizes enclosed, hermetic CO2 laser tubes (including top-tier brands like RECI). These tubes offer superior beam quality, extended lifespans, and long-term stable power output compared to generic glass tubes.
Dual Platform Options: Customize your bed for your material. Choose the Knife-shaped (Blade) platform for rigid boards like acrylic and MDF, or the Honeycomb platform for flexible, soft materials like leather, paper, and fabric.
High-Speed Leadshine Motors: Driven by LEADSHINE 580 or 57 stepper motors, ensuring high speed, high efficiency, low operating temperatures, and quiet motion during complex curved cuts.
Advanced Control System: The CNC professional controller offers excellent hardware stability, high-voltage resistance, anti-static performance, and large-capacity file storage for saving frequently used jobs directly on the machine.

Specialized CO2 Laser Cutting Head:
Engineered with an integrated air-assist nozzle. By blowing compressed air directly into the kerf, it cools the material rapidly, preventing flare-ups on wood and ensuring a clean, soot-free edge on MDF and fabrics.
Red Dot Positioning:
A built-in red laser diode shows exactly where the invisible CO2 laser will fire. This allows the operator to align the starting point with the raw material instantly, reducing setup time and material waste.
Industrial Water Chiller (CW3000/5000/5200):
To protect the glass laser tube, an external water chiller circulates water to maintain a constant, optimal temperature, ensuring the laser beam's strength does not degrade during long operating shifts.
This machine is exclusively designed for Non-Metallic Materials:
Advertising & Signage: Cutting and engraving Acrylic (Plexiglass), two-color boards, and plastic signs.
Woodworking & Crafts: Engraving photos, logos, and intricate designs on MDF, Plywood, Bamboo, and solid wood plaques.
Textile & Leather: Cutting patterns for garments, shoes, and bags; engraving logos onto leather wallets and belts.
Packaging: Cutting and engraving cardboard, corrugated paper, and rubber stamps.
Versatile Compatibility: The control software is highly compatible, working seamlessly with industry-standard design programs like CorelDraw, AutoCAD, and Photoshop.
Factory-Direct Value: As a leading manufacturer in Jinan, China, we provide premium components (Leadshine, RECI) at a highly competitive export price.
Global Voltage Support: We configure the machine’s power supply (220V or 110V) specifically to match your country’s electrical standards before shipping.
Q: Can this machine cut metal?
A: No, standard CO2 lasers (60W-150W) cannot cut metal. They are strictly for non-metallic materials. If you need to cut metal, please view our Fiber Laser Cutting Machines.
Q: How thick of acrylic can a 100W laser cut?
A: A 100W RECI tube can comfortably cut acrylic up to 15-20mm thick in a single pass with excellent edge quality. For 25mm acrylic, a 130W or 150W tube is recommended.
Q: Which worktable should I choose?
A: If you primarily cut rigid sheets (Acrylic, Wood, MDF), choose the Blade (Knife) table, as it minimizes laser bounce-back. If you cut soft, flexible materials (Fabric, Leather, Paper) or very small parts, choose the Honeycomb table for better support.
