When we use the woodworking engraving machine for engraving, we sometimes encounter the situation that we need to carry out arc engraving. At this time, many people do not know how to operate. In fact, the arc engraving of the wood working engraving machine is not complicated, it needs to use a projection engraving function of the woodworking engraving machine.
Projection engraving is to project a path onto a curved surface according to the vertical direction of the processing surface. It is mainly used for lettering or scribing, or engraving some patterns on some materials with radians. It can be imagined as illuminating the figure with a beam of parallel light along the specified direction, and the shadow of the figure falling on the curved surface (plane) is the projection.
Arc projection engraving has three related parameters: keep original depth, turn off radius compensation and transform original path. If you choose to keep the original depth, the projection path will keep the original depth change. This option can project the plane engraving path onto the surface to realize surface processing. If you choose to turn off the radius compensation, you can speed up the calculation, but this will lead to a decrease in the accuracy of the samples processed by the wood router cnc engraving machine. If you choose to transform the original path, the arc projection engraving does not generate a new tool path, but only completes the projection transformation of the selected path. The system does not change the order of the original path, nor does it change the tool of the original path. The tool selected for this operation is invalid.
