So what are the reasons for the damage to the spindle of the CNC engraving machine?

1. The quality of the spindle of the CNC engraving machine itself, that is to say, the quality of the spindle itself is not good enough, which leads to the damage of the bearing. If a CNC wood engraving machine uses a bearing of poor quality, the bearing will be particularly easily damaged when the spindle of the engraving machine is running at a high speed.

2. CNC is the spindle cooling system of engraving is ineffective. As we all know, the water cooling of the main shaft of the CNC engraving machine has a water circulation system. If the water circulation is not good for a long time, or if the water circulation is forgotten, the thermal expansion effect will occur over time, which will lead to increased friction and damage to the bearing.

3. The operation mode of the CNC engraving machine is wrong. If the spindle speed has not reached the specified speed and start engraving, it is particularly easy to cause damage to the bearing. If the material with different resistances is engraved, the spindle speed cannot be adjusted in time, which will easily damage the bearing.

4. The water cooling of the spindle has not taken anti-freezing measures. It is not uncommon for the water to freeze in the cold winter and cause the pipeline to rupture. Therefore, the water-cooling system of the spindle of the CNC engraving machine must take such anti-freezing measures to avoid freezing and cracking the spindle.
