What are the installation procedures of CNC cutting machine?

(1) Preliminary preparation

1.Place the cutting machine on a flat surface, and adjust the four corners of the cutting body smoothly. It is recommended to use a level to adjust the table to the level.

2. Fix the vacuum tube brackets on the sides of the Z-axis machine head and the bed bracket respectively. There are screws on the fixing parts, and the brackets are installed on it after removing them.

3. Fill the vacuum pump with water. Add water from the water inlet. Turn on the red switch above and stop filling when the water comes out of the switch.

4. Connect a total of four power lines at the rear of the left chassis of the cutting machine to the three-phase power supply, and one of the blue lines needs to be connected to the zero line. Take out the handwheel from the electrical box and connect it to the system port. After the wiring is completed, use a multimeter to check whether the voltage is correct. The voltage between the three live wires is 380V, and the voltage between each live wire and the neutral wire is 220V. If the voltage is correct, turn on the air switch. If it is not correct, please contact a professional electrician to find out the reason.

(2) Installation of vacuum pump:

1. Install the vacuum pump on a flat surface without special foundation or chassis.

2. Wrap the pipe joint of the filter several times with sealing tape, and screw it on the check valve on the motor body. Be sure to ensure the tightness of the connection between the two.

3. Inject water from the water inlet until the water flows out of the water outlet. After a period of use, the water volume will decrease and the water temperature will increase, so the operator needs to pay attention: always add water until the water outlet overflows and the water temperature does not exceed 80 degrees Celsius. It is recommended to connect the water pipe to the water outlet, and the water outlet to discharge water or these two ports can circulate to ensure sufficient water. NOTE: Do not run the vacuum pump without water, approximately at least twice a day. The direction of gas in and out and the direction of rotation of the pump circumference have been marked on the vacuum pump with arrows.

(3) Installation of the vacuum cleaner:

1. Please install according to the diagram outside the box.

2. Connect to three-phase electricity. After starting, the vacuum bag must be opened, otherwise the motor will reverse. You can switch two of the lines at will
