As we all know, CNC engraving machine can perform relief, flat engraving, hollow engraving and other operations on wooden doors, furniture, metal, acrylic, etc. It has the characteristics of fast engraving speed and high precision.

What problems should be paid attention to before using CNC engraving machine?

1. Do not install this device during lightning or thunderstorms, do not install power sockets in wet places, and do not touch uninsulated power cords.

2. The operator must undergo strict training, pay attention to personal safety and machine safety during the operation, and operate the woodworking blanking machine in strict accordance with the operating procedures.

3. The power supply voltage requires 220 or 380 depending on the model. If the power supply voltage is unstable or there are high-power electrical equipment around, please choose a regulated power supply under the guidance of professional technicians.

4. The engraving machine and the control cabinet must be grounded, and the data cable cannot be plugged in with electricity.

5. Operators should not wear gloves to work, it is best to wear protective goggles.

6. The main body of the machine is of steel structure, and some aviation aluminum castings of the gantry are relatively soft. When installing the screws (especially when installing the engraving motor), do not use too much force to prevent the wire from slipping.

7. The tool must be installed and clamped to keep the tool sharp. A dull tool will reduce the engraving quality and overload the motor.

8. Do not put your fingers into the working range of the tool, and do not remove the engraving head for other purposes. Do not process asbestos containing materials.

9. Do not exceed the mechanical processing range. Cut off the power supply when it is not working for a long time. When the machine moves, it must be carried out under the guidance of professionals.

10. If the machine is abnormal, please refer to the operation manual for troubleshooting or contact the engraving machine manufacturer to solve it; so as to avoid man-made damage.
