Talking about the main method of path transformation of CNC engraving machine

When we make a tool path for a more complex pattern or file, we find that there is a corresponding gap between the size ratio of the graphic and the actual material. In this case, we can modify the path through the path transformation function of the wood engraving machine, so that we can save the time of redesigning the graphics and remaking the path. The path transformation function can not only transform the size of the path, change the position of the path, but also rotate the path in space.

Scale transformation is to enlarge or reduce the path that has already been done. Select the command [Processing Path]/[Path Transformation] in the menu bar, and a dialog box as shown in the figure will pop up. We can change the scale of the path in the three directions of X, Y, and Z. The default parameter is to perform scale transformation based on the center point of the path as the base point; after the base point is selected, set the scale transformation size of X, Y, and Z, and click "OK" button to complete the operation.

Path translation is to change the position of the path in the layout. Select the [Processing Path]/[Path Transformation] command in the menu bar to pop up the path transformation dialog box, and select the path translation function as shown in the figure. We can set the offsets of X, Y, Z, and click the "OK" button to complete the operation. Path rotation is to rotate the path with an axis according to the corresponding angle to realize the three-dimensional transformation of the path effect. Select [Processing Path]/[Path Transformation] command in the menu bar, and the path transformation dialog box will pop up, select the path rotation energy as shown in the figure. Pick a line, change the rotation angle, click the OK button, and you're done.
