If the contact is not good, the tool is not easy to be installed correctly, and it is necessary to ensure that the taper surface has a good contact. The shaft cone surface must be wiped clean with gasoline or WD40 cleaning agent before applying the knife;

3. Put the collet into the pressure cap, turn the clamp spring gently, and when the eccentric part of the pressure cap is recessed into the collet groove, push the collet evenly in the direction of the arrow to install it into the pressure cap;

4. The collet and the pressure cap are installed on the spindle of the machine tool. Clean the cylindrical shank of the tool and put it into the holding hole. After confirming that the collet and the tool are aligned, screw the pressure cap in place by hand. Then use the wrench to tighten the pressure cap evenly and forcefully until the tool is firmly clamped before use;

5. When loosening the tool, use the wrench to twist the cap in the opposite direction. If the chuck needs to be replaced, loosen the cap to bring out the chuck and the tool, remove the tool, and push the chuck in the direction of the arrow to push it out, and then as needed You can replace the chuck with another hole diameter.
