What should I do if the engraving font is not smooth on the engraving machine?

The effect engraved by the engraving machine does not necessarily meet the customer's requirements 100%, especially if the engraved effect is not smooth enough, it is necessary to find out the reason and deal with it in time. If this happens, there are mainly two reasons:

1. There is a gap between the y-axis or the x-axis of the wood cnc machine, and there may be a gap between the two axes at the same time, which causes the shaking during the engraving process to make the engraving path deviate and cause the engraving to be unsmooth;

Solution: Change the speed of the straight line or curve, and change the value to be determined by the parameters of the engraving machine itself.

2. The difference between the linear speed of the engraving machine and the speed of the curve is too large, which causes the multi axis woodworking machine to vibrate too much when walking the curve, so that the engraving path deviates and the lettering is not smooth.

Solution: If the engraving machine is a round rail, it is necessary to find a way to replace the guide rail or the slider, and the action will be relatively large, depending on the cause. If it is a square rail, it is much simpler, just adjust the up and down or front and rear sliders;
