These smoke and dust are temporarily accumulated on the surface of the guide rail and the linear axis, which greatly affects the processing accuracy of the engraving machine equipment. Influence, and corrosion points will be formed on the surface of the linear shaft of the guide rail, shortening the service life of the equipment. Add a little lubricating oil (you can use sewing oil, do not use oil), slowly push the laser head of the laser engraving machine left and right several times, so that the lubricating oil is evenly distributed.

5. Open the end covers on both sides of the machine, and clean the roller guide of the engraving machine: move the beam to the inside. Find the guide rail as shown above, use a dry cotton cloth to wipe clean the places where the guide rails on both sides are in contact with the rollers, and then move the beam to clean the rest.
