The lubrication structure is simple, the lubrication is easy, the lubrication effect is good, the friction contact surface wears the bottom, and the running accuracy can be maintained for a long time.
The rolling motion of linear guides has a small friction coefficient and a small gap between static friction and dynamic friction, which can achieve micron-level positioning accuracy.
It can withstand high load capacity in four directions, and at the same time, it can easily improve the performance and load capacity of the CNC advertising engraving machine by applying preload and the number of sliders. It is suitable for high-speed applications, with low frictional resistance, low requirements for equipment driving horsepower, large energy saving effect, small movement wear and low temperature rise effect, and can meet the requirements of mechanical miniaturization and high speed at the same time.
