When I first spoke with our client in Dubai, that battle was exactly what they described to me.

Acrylic: Hard, brittle, heat-sensitive — requires high spindle speed and controlled feed rates to produce clean, chip-free edges
We configured the machine with a high-power water-cooled spindle capable of running at up to 24,000 RPM. Water cooling maintains stable spindle temperature across extended cutting sessions — essential for a workshop running long production days on varied materials. Together, these components deliver the dimensional consistency the client's assembly and installation work demands — panels that fit together the first time, without hand-fitting.
One of the specific complaints the client raised about their old equipment was workpiece movement during cutting — panels shifting under cutting forces, causing dimensional errors and surface defects.
We addressed this with a hybrid worktable configuration:

This frame absorbs the vibration generated when routing dense hardwoods and MDF at high speeds, keeping the gantry stable and the cuts chatter-free — not just on day one, but across years of daily production in a busy Dubai workshop.
