Workflow 1: There is an infrared automatic sensing system on the automatic loading and unloading platform, which controls the lifting and lowering of the automatic loading and unloading platform through the infrared automatic sensing system. When the height of the plate on the platform does not reach the infrared sensing range, the automatic feeding platform starts to rise until it is sensed by the infrared.
Workflow 2: There are two or three suction cups on the CNC 4 x 8 router wood cutting machine, and the suction cups are brought to the automatic feeding platform through the use of the cross beam of the CNC cutting machine. The CNC cutting machine automatically controls the suction cup to be adsorbed on the plate. Through the cooperation of the beam of the CNC cutting machine and the feeding roller above the CNC cutting machine, the plate is transported to the vacuum adsorption table.
Workflow 3: The positioning cylinder on the vacuum suction table of the CNC cutting machine is automatically raised to determine the initial position of the plate. There is a cylinder next to the column and the feeding roller of the CNC cutting machine, and the two cylinders and the positioning cylinder work together to position the plate. The column of the CNC cutting machine and the cylinder next to the feeding roller form a right angle of 90 degrees with each other, so that the positioning is more accurate.
Workflow 4: the CNC cutting machine work flow: the double-layer vacuum adsorption table of the CNC cutting machine adsorbs the plate, and is firmly fixed on the table, which plays the role of clamping. Then the positioning cylinder, CNC machine wood router column cylinder and feeding cylinder are all retracted.
Workflow 5: the CNC cutting machine workflow: punch the vertical hole on the reverse side, and then repeat the step three by turning the plate.
Workflow 6: the CNC cutting machine workflow: punch the vertical holes on the front, and then the CNC cutting machine will disassemble the order according to the automatic order disassembly optimization software, that is, open the material.

Workflow 7 :the CNC cutting machine workflow: After the CNC cutting machine completes the cutting, the vacuum adsorption table adsorption effect is automatically canceled. Use the pushing device on the CNC cutting machine to push the cut sheet to the blanking platform.
The CNC cutting machine undergoes secondary dust removal during the cutting and pushing process, which can play a very good vacuuming effect.
The cutting stage is the core part of the entire panel furniture CNC production line process. After the equipment is cut, it will enter the edge sealing process. A fully automatic linear edge banding machine with pre-milling function is recommended. In the side hole punching stage, it is relatively simple to apply an infrared side hole machine, which can be called a fool-like operation, and the speed is also fast.
