The Superstar CX-3020 4 Axis Bridge Saw (manufactured by Jinan Jinshengxing Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd.) solves the limitations of traditional 3-axis stone saws. Standard bridge saws cannot cut curved edges or 45-degree miters without requiring the operator to manually rotate the heavy stone slab.
This machine is built around a true 4-axis CNC system . The entire machine body is seamlessly welded and undergoes rigorous five-sided gantry milling to guarantee absolute squareness and rigidity . This heavy-duty foundation absorbs the intense vibrations generated by the massive 15KW cutting motor, ensuring the diamond saw blade slices through dense granite and quartz with perfectly clean, chip-free edges .
360° Free Rotation Head: The cutting head can rotate 360 degrees at will . This allows the machine to perform horizontal cuts, vertical cross-cuts, arcs, ellipses, perfect circles, and other irregular shapes without moving the stone slab .
45° Tilt for Miter Cuts: The saw head tilts up to 45 degrees, allowing the machine to execute flawless internal and external chamfering—the critical step required for creating seamless drop-edge (waterfall) countertops .
Infrared Laser Positioning: Built-in infrared alignment allows the operator to accurately position the starting point of the cut, ensuring exact material alignment and drastically reducing the generation of expensive waste materials .
Hydraulic Tilt Table: Loading heavy stone slabs is dangerous. The CX-3020 features a thickened wooden countertop equipped with a hydraulic lifting mechanism, allowing operators to lean slabs against the table easily before safely lowering them into the cutting position .

15KW Special Cutting Motor:
Stone cutting requires immense, sustained torque. The 15KW motor is specifically designed for wet-cutting environments, providing labor-saving power that easily pushes a large saw blade through 50mm thick slabs of dense granite or engineered quartz without bogging down .
Precision Servo Drive System:
The 4-axis system operates on high-precision servo drives . Unlike stepper motors, servos provide closed-loop feedback, guaranteeing rapid travel speeds and exact positioning accuracy when cutting complex elliptical or circular shapes .
High-Wear Transmission:
Because stone slurry is highly abrasive, the machine utilizes widened square linear guide rails paired with imported ball screws that have been treated for extreme wear resistance, ensuring the gantry remains perfectly aligned over years of use .
Kitchen & Bath Countertops: Rapid, automated cutting of custom quartz islands, granite vanities, and 45-degree mitered edges .
Architectural Stone Elements: Precision cutting of curved stair treads, fireplace surrounds, and special-shaped decorative flooring .
Compatible Materials: Slate, Marble, Granite, Artificial Stone, and Sintered Rock Plates .
Designed for the Stone Shop: We understand the harsh realities of stone fabrication. From the waterproofed motors to the heavy-duty hydraulic loading table, every aspect of the CX-3020 is designed to withstand a wet, heavy, and abrasive factory environment .
Cost-Effective Automation: Transitioning from a manual bridge saw to a 4-axis CNC center drastically reduces the manual labor required to shape and rotate heavy stone, allowing your shop to increase output while reducing physical injuries.
Q: Can this machine cut a perfectly round tabletop out of granite?
A: Yes. Because the cutting head can rotate a full 360 degrees and is guided by a 4-axis CNC system with servo motors, it can precisely cut perfect circles, ellipses, and sweeping arcs out of thick stone .
Q: Do I need a separate crane to load the stone?
A: While an overhead crane or forklift is used to move the stone to the machine, the hydraulic tilt table makes the final loading step much safer . You simply tilt the table up, lean the slab against it, and let the hydraulics lower the heavy stone flat .
Q: What is the thickest material it can cut?
A: The CX-3020 is designed to cut stone materials up to 50mm (approximately 2 inches) thick .
